01 Prequalifying Call
When you first phone me, I will ask a set of basic questions about your business and aspirations. This is to ensure we’re not wasting each other’s time – and that you’ll benefit from my services before moving forward. If we’re looking like a good fit, I’ll ask that we book a videoconference to go over the next steps.
02 Onboarding Discussion
Under the assumption we could be a good fit, I’ll setup a videoconference with you.
This is to cover your website, the expected work, my skillset and the process.
It’s a great opportunities to learn about each other and if we click.
This will take 1 hour and you and your stakeholders are welcome to join the call.
03 First Month
The first month typically involves fixing anything preventing the website from being high-converting.
Usually this relates to fixing poor designs. We also setup KPI tracking.
04 First Report
After 30 days of working together, I will submit my first report to you.
This will include the ROI of our first 30 days together, including the volume of referrals, phone calls and contact forms.
This serves as a great basis to build from.
05 Month 2+
After the first month, it usually gets easier.
We will be in a ‘holding pattern’ of executing high quality SEO. Your phone will be ringing a lot more.
From this point in time, we scale your company by increased KPIs and also helping you meet more support coordinators in your region.

I work best with Allied Health providers of at least 8-10 staff looking to scale, and are already hitting decent ($30-$50k+ months and just need more inbound to scale.
Trust me, I’m not interested in working with you if I cannot guarantee an ROI.
That way, everyone’s happy and we have a good relationship.
How do you track referrals?
On your website you will have a referral form.
At the moment somebody fills it out and presses “Enter”, this is an even we can track using Google Analytics.
Can you do our Facebook and other social media marketing?
No.
My professional develoment and work experience strictly relates to SEO, SEM and web dev work.
I don’t know the first thing about Facebook and I’ve only loaded TikTok once – knowing nothing good will come of it.
